Mine is like what DeerFeeder said. It is amazing but really hard to get out of the bathtub if taking a bath instead of a shower. I do the exercises with a long bungee cord which helps. A long driving day can be miserable without a pillow on the console for extra support. Right side.

this one reminds me of the lower back pain, excruciating till I got the pills to help it then the pt.

shots not gonna help this time I think, going to wait till the pcp gets the okay from community care to send me to the mri/ct scan then will see what the prognosis is.

I had a bulging disc in my neck, dull pain started out under my left shoulder blade. Figured at he time was a pulled muscle dealt with the pain for about a year and then it got alot worse to where i could barely raise my chin and left arm going numb. After several trips to the chiropractor and some oral steroids everything seemed to fix its self, but I did have to get the chiropractor to bust up the knotted muscle and scar tissue under my shoulder blade.

Hop, if you don't have one already, one of these will become a great asset to have....just sayin'.

Hand held shower head, Yanet approved.

Be careful with drugs
Do you have any DMSO for your horses, if its pure and diluted put some (a little) on the shoulder, itโ€™s the best anti inflammatory medicine. I used during baseball in the 70โ€™s.

I have said this on here before and think I will mention it again.

For many years I thought I had bi lateral rotator cuff issues/tears and just sucked it up and ate handfuls of ibuprofen..

Then I stumbled upon magnesium as it relates to its benefits from the sports medicine side of the equation, which led me
to using "Magnesium Oil"

I first used it for carpal tunnel type cramps and was amazed, then one Sat morning getting a half gal jug of milk out of the
refrigerator the shoulder pain lit me up,

Long story short, I applied mag oil to both shoulders and within 20 - 25 minutes had an amazing discovery of little to no pain
and more range of motion than I had in a long time.

So, for 30 days straight morning, mid day, and night I applied mag oil to both shoulders and to this day I have zero shoulder pain
and range of motion is fully back.

So you may want to look into the sports med aspect for orthopedic type things, and also know there is a medical side of what
transdermal magnesium supplementation can do.
