After over 4 decades of work, I will be retiring on Halloween. Time to start some serious fishing. Congrats on retiring! I retired 7 years ago and get to fish maybe 3 times per month! You will enjoy it once you get used to not being in the routine you were in for 40 years.

Congratulations on your retirement. I am going on 4 years retired as of September 2nd, it's nice to do what you want, when and if you want to do it. You can pick the better weather days to fish, go get em.

Congrats , retirement is as great as you make it. Everyday you don't have a Dr's appointment is a potential day to fish or simply relax . Maybe start with some crappie fishing and proceed from there .
