Drawback being it is in Houston. We're on the rad side, bro go check out a place called pappys, 610 and gessner area. was an excellent burger joint when I helped build it back in the 80s.

If I can work from home. I will retire from my office job Dec 31,2021 and can start Jan 3, 2022. If I cannot work from home I will wait and retire later part of 2022

Can any of it be done part time? I work 14/14 schedule at my normal work so I have 2 weeks off at a time. I've been thinking about doing something to take us up to the next level so to speak.
