OK I messed this one up by cutting it in half when I tightened the thread too much so I put it on a shorter hook....

And one of the others with different color legs and I think my next one the legs will look better....

Egad...!!! That first one looks like a Zanti Misfit from the old "Outer Limits" series <SHUDDER!>

But seriously, how well do those work with smaller panfish, like bream? It looks like they would tear into them nicely and make for some good fun on an ultralight. Do they float?

The big one or first one does float and looks awesome in the water, but the other sinks very slow fall. I have only tried them off my dock and did catch some bream, but all the bream there are small. Actually the first one got more hits. I do believe if you were to get on a bream bed you could really kill em. The little one I am thinking of trying with a small split shot to get it down better or even under a cork. I wish I had a fly rod and reel to really be able to give them the real test, but I have to use my crappie poles for now.

I have more colors, but have to make some to try out.

I am going to try them out hopefully in a better spot soon.

Thanks for the info, Skip. Can I find these for sale on your website? I looked, but couldn't find them. I'm thinking my boy would get a kick out of these before he ever even considers fishing with them!
