I have started a bbq business running off a trailer for about the last 6 months now. Its been really taking off faster than i thought. I would like to invite my fellow tffers to come try us out sometime on the weekend. I have a couple of guys working for me when im at my real job. Just let them know your from the tff and ill give yall a $1 off a plate. The trailer is parked at a convience store off of Bowen and Sublett in arlington every weekend. Appreciate that foul hook. Its taken off very well ive had a couple of people intrested in starting a store front for me but not brave enough to quit my regular job just yet. If anyone knows how to buy meat direct from the meat plants let me know. Ive been hitting the grocery stores when sales start

LTF,
I will ask my wife to ask her friend about the meat. He has had a catering business for years and some of his good customers have backed him in a storefront recently. Like you though he hasn't quit the day job.
I don't get over that way much but good luck with the venture.
We can ALWAYS use more good q in Dallas.

Theyll be setting up thur thru sun...at the texaco on sublett take a right off of bowen onto sublett and yourre there

Phillip,
I wish your business well. I've got a 34 lb pig on the pit right now. Gotta stay up to about 1:30 with it then I can go to bed. It is at 146 degrees right now!
