So the cheaters are back... Dan If you think your team doesn't try to steal signs, the next time you watch one of their games ask yourself why the opposing catcher goes to the mound to talk to the pitcher about changing the sign sequence or indicator when there is a man on second, and why the third base coach goes through all those silly looking gyrations such as brushing his forearm and touching his nose. Do you think it's because he itches?

No one should care about the ALCS or American League anything for that matter, it isn't even real baseball. Unfortunately the National League will not be playing real baseball when it is all said and done. When Stros first moved to the AL I hated it but having a DH is the way to go. I hate watching a lame pitcher try and bunt or pull a hammy running to first. The game is better with a DH

I hate watching a lame pitcher try and bunt or pull a hammy running to first. The game is better with a DH The game is significantly better with a pitcher hitting. There is so much more strategy. In the AL, managers change pitchers every time the wind blows a different direction. In the NL, it has an impact on both sides of the game to make a pitching change and trying to manage that is fun to watch. It was so hard watching those years of Ron Washington try to manage NL baseball in half of the world series games - he legitimately had no clue what he was doing. It also opened up the game for too many years to guys like Vlad who had no business being in the field in the World Series...and if you can't play in the field at all, should you be a major leaguer? Watching guys like Larussa, Cox, and Lasorda do things was so much fun. Would love to have a DH-less MLB.

Who do I want to see at the plate, Yordan or Mccullers? Yeah, I will take the DH any day.
