reading a lot. dual purpose, straight cranker, deep cycle. Am replacing all 3 batts (2 troller, 1 crank and the cranker is smaller than the other 2)

which would be best for cranking a Yamaha 150 4 stroke and running 1 graph and the bilge pump?

I'm straight on troller batts, just need a little help with the crank. Thanks!

I like my Optima Blue Top...light weight, long lasting, worth the extra few dollars...I’ve got 7years on the current one, still turns my 250 ProXS over with authority... key to long battery life is plug em in when you get home...just my two cents...

If you want a good battery that won’t break the bank, look at the specs of this NAPA battery. I’ve been running one for years and then bought a new one and stuck the old one in my tractor. One of the best batteries that I’ve used in awhile. Quite a few guys using them on another website that we aren’t allowed to mention. They also have a regular terminal version, if you don’t have threaded post cables. Now if you plan on adding multiple big graphs, I’d say go with an X2 Extreme Power or a lithium. The NAPA is fine for what you’re running now though.

Several factors, how many electronics do you have? How much room for a bigger battery? If you intend on a bunch of electronics/accessories I'd go with a 31 series. Several out there from the interstate 31 AGM for $200 up to the X2 and Odyssey which are $400 range.

I’m running the Duracell AGM 27 from Sams. I run 2 for my trolling motor 24v and one for the cranking, and three graphs. No issues. Using a 3 bank minnkota charger.

Duracell AGM 31 from Sams. Running it for cranking and 3 graphs. No issues at all.
Would highly recommend this battery and the price point can't be beat!

I had to swap mine last year, put an Odyssey group 31 in and i have been very happy with it, I run HDS live 16 and 7 on the front plus live wells all day and have never had an issue cranking since I put it on.

Strongly recommend the above, maybe its over kill for your use,, however IMO one can ever
have too much battery..

Unfortunately the NAPA 7234 is being phased out. I sell a lot of those to our local FD's

9833 AGM is a great option, thats what I use.
