That is a BS propaganda number. Even the CDC table that shows it explains that this number includes EVERY person that has died within 6 months of getting the shot regardless of cause of death.

Apparently Gov. Abbott signed an executive order preventing any forced COVID vaccinations. This includes by any private entity.

My wife was being forced to take the poke by Nov 1 or lose her job at her hospital. She's been very upset about this.

Nurses were being let go all over the state and many were taking the "vax" they didn't want to take just to put food on their tables.

So this order speaks directly to the Covid-19 vaccine. But the language used outside of the written order speaks towards vaccine mandates.
I believe some jobs, maybe like our healthcare system, vaccines are a job requirement.

Do you think this executive order over-rides only the covid-19 vaccination or will these employers with vaccine requirements be exempt and their employees will still need the covid vaccine to comply with their job requirements?

A solid half dozen people from this forum are dead from COVID. A bunch others have had it and are still dealing with long term damage. They openly write about their hardship. Yet we still have people on here arguing against the vaccine and saying COVID is no big deal. 99.78% chance you won't be impacted. Nothing more than the flu. Only kills old people with comorbidities...

99.78% odds of being fine is a nationwide average pumped up by 100 million youths who are almost completely unimpacted. Odds are, you are not average. News flash, most of you on this forum are old. Most of you are clinically overweight. Many have high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, etc...

Odds are if you get COVID you do not have a 99.78% chance of coming out the other side completely unscathed. Your risk assessment math is way off.

The vaccine has been injected into billions of people across the globe. It's safe and effective at minimizing the risk of sever disease.

If you want the vaccine it, get it. If you don't, don't. Stop trying to convince folks COVID is no big deal though. For many people it's downright nasty.
