fyi for costa owners

Ever since I heard Costa was bought by Lucoticca I hesitated sending mine in for repair due to bad reports regarding customer service. If bad service was an issue it seems to be resolving. I sent my old worn out glasses in due to worn frames, not expecting anything other than paying 12 dollars for new a pair frames to be put on my old glass. They quickly replaced my glasses for a brand new pair of 580g. fantails for FREE. I received black frames as the camo I had has been discontinued. Gotta say I'm happy.

Good, I have a pair I need repaired. They fell off my head and landed on the chainsaw while it was running.

Guess I'll have to take another whack at sending mine back.

I have some lenses than need replacing just hate going without sunglasses for that time

seems to be hit or miss on warranty claims for Costa. Glad it worked out for you

Mine is a very similar story to the OP. I scratched my lens on an old pair. Went through their process of taking pictures, etc. I was fully prepared to pay the $75 charge for new lenses. But they got back to me saying the model was discontinued. Sent me a new pair within a couple of days for no charge.

Very encouraging.
