Out of those three, I'd choose Holbrook. You didn't list Hawkins, but I'd consider going there over any of those three.

Holbrook is a good choice but I usually catch more fish at Winnsboro.

Something is going on at Holbrook. The reeds in the main lake have been dying off for a couple years and are almost completely gone. Somebody evidently bought the land on the first point on the left as you enter the north end and cleared the land and ripped out 150+ yards of sawgrass bank with an excavator. I live at Holbrook and fish Winnsboro these days.
