Mantak...We have not had any luck locating them in the winter with or without electronics. I think part of the problem is that the lake is so full of tilapia that you are never really sure what species you are viewing. I don't really know how the ice fishermen do it in the north country ? Plus, it's kind of a nice change of pace fishing for bass for in the fall & winter months.
