 Primer bulb question

I have a 2 stroke outboard with VRO and I am just checking to see if the fuel primer bulb and the oil primer bulb are the same type? I think so but better to ask to be sure.

On my 1996 Johnson fast strike 150. They were the same when I pulled all that off and got rid of the VRO. I even kept the oil one as a spare fuel bulb.
