The one that I've had the best luck with is the Adventurer by the Crab Man. They have a great crew and they can put you on some fish. The price isn't bad either, it's about $80 for a 12hr. trip.

We went out with the guys on the adventurer last year. It was a private charter though. It was the best I've been on. I definitely recommend them as well.

I'd recommend Dolphin Docks.
12 hour trip on Wednesdays.
Departs 6am.
Make sure to get on the Dolphin Express with Captain Tim. Do not book trips on any of the other boats (La Pesca, Dolphin). Repeat - ONLY book the Dolphin Express with Captain Tim. The other boats are just too darn slow.
He'll put you on some fish.
Since fishing is a sport, I guess that makes us athletes...

Id say dolphin docks too. Caught the biggest kingfish and snapper of my life with them. Good crew also. Id suggest the 12 hour trips. Also ask how many people are goin on the boat. Good Luck
