how do I know, because my family won't go with me to the lake anymore. it could also be because of me and not the boat.

Luckily my old man has a 2 year old tri toon and a big cabin cruiser sitting on side by side slips if the rest of the crew wants to go. My 10 year old is ate up with crappie fishing and says he wants to start guiding when he is 16 LOL. I'll do anything to help my kids push towards their goals if I can.

I see lots of G3's here on the Tennessee River. Their biggest complaint is how they handle the rougher water. I own a Lund which has a deeper vee hull design and love it.

Waiting on Bob Davis' next selfie

Will you be wearing a jersey while fishing?

Will you become a Professional Licensed Guide for Crappie on Lake Fork?

I've only had one tin boat, it was an Alweld flounder boat.

But whatever Beartrap uses must be good. He's covered hundreds if not thousands of miles in a tin boat.

Since we always seem to have wind while I'm on a lake I'd go with a Lund. The deep V will be so much more of an enjoyable ride. And actually it's probably a better rig for fishing crappie.

Your budget would get you into twice the boat in a used fiberglass rig. I’ll quit trying to change your mind but remember I told you so. Good luck and get your boy addicted to fishing.

check this out - This boat is a 20x62HD with a 150 Pro XS. The boat is super custom and has tons of extras that were very well thought out to make this a multi function boat. Check out the video.
He is asking $50K. It's a 2021 model boat motor and trailer and has only been in the water once...so it's brand new. PLUS...you can have it today...no wait. Give him a call if you are interested. Boat is in Georgia.
His name is Tim- 678-794-6008

I know, and I've seen them. The time I have spent with my son on the couch building boats and looking have been priceless. I am really including him in the process. He's learning about credit, finances, and even why we pay taxes. It's been a fun experience.
