I'm not sure I'd ever go to Southwest, unless the older gentleman isn't working. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with a more surly person in my life. He's rude even when you're being polite. The younger guy is fantastic, but steer clear if the older gentleman is working the counter.
I'll tell you who I miss, the guy with the ponytail at All-Star. He didn't work on Shimano reels, but he was one of the best personalities around the Dallas fishing scene.

No one else that "Officially Licensed" here in Texas that isn't months and months behind. Just your average Joe Blows left. I also work on my own reels though, and maybe someone on here can help you.

This is kinda out of your way but Reel Time Rods on lake fork, he works on everything and fixed my metanium super quick
