OP REick Angler R Joined: Jun 2014 Posts: 280 Frisco TX	I had the chance to go out with Slade this past Friday to get my Lowrance units dialed, and boy did he get them dialed. We spent 3 hours going over the units and him showing me not only how he set them up but the reasons behind his methods and then how to use the graphs to their fullest potential. I can absolutely say that I learned more in the time with Slade than I have anywhere else! Thank you so much Slade for your expertise and getting me set up for success! If you have ever had doubts about setting up time with him, you will not regret it! Rich Eick

Yes, when we were looking at the difference the 455 has that much wider cone and therefore when set up with the right pallate and contrast it showed ALOT of detail all the way out to 80ft where are 800 is a smaller cone and only showed to about 50ft and then the picture darkens.
