Very 1st “45” record I owned Nothing to be ashamed about that song, I do however find it hard to believe that song was on a 45. This was late in the Doobie Brothers career. Michael Macdonald was late to the party...as great as he is.

Michael Macdonald was late to the party...as great as he is. What’s hard to believe? Those 45’s were just hit singles with a accompanying song on the other side. I vividly remember buying it at West Bros. when I was little. I believe it was 1978-79 somewhere around that time.

I’m pretty sure most/all jukeboxes used 45’s back then, so they were definitely still being produced.
