Is TEXAS back??? Aggies plowed over powerhouse Colorado for a huge winšŸ¤£šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ TCU had a comeback win against an average Cal team. Texas Tech came out of a hole to pull off a win against a not very good at all FCS SFA team. Baylor pulled off the biggest victory or shall I say largest amount of points scored against FCS TSU. The best team in Texas May be SMU. Boys itā€™s a sad state of affairs for Texas college football teams. If we could win some games all of our kids that leave state would stay here in Texas schools.

Texas doing what they do best. Being mediocre. The Dallas Cowboys of the college football world. Everyone wants them to be ā€œbackā€ so badly but it just isnā€™t going to happen. The glory days are long gone for texas.

Texas just needs at least one really good coach to win a little, to keep these kids. These kids just want to make it to the NFL. They will go anywhere they believe that will happen or leave and go where that will happen, like Alabama.

Singing ā€œThe eyes of Texas doesnā€™t help matters, especially when trying to recruit.

Isn't it interesting that for almost 120 years nobody cared, and suddenly the "cancel culture" has made it something "bad".

Family is everything!

Life is precious. We donā€™t have forever. We have now. This moment. We can choose to love our lives now.

Not that impressed by Hudson Card.
But I got to give the Hogs the credit due. They showed up to fight. They did a helluva job at it. The fans, the team came with an incredible energy. Outstanding on their part. They threw the first punch and didn't let up. Hate that the Longhorns lost. Loved seeing the energy of college football come back. Last year I barely paid attention to games. Crowds are such a huge part of the game. Especially in college. I was just bored with it, and lost a lot of interest.

Agreed PGR, thereā€™s that group that have to have hurt feelings, poor me etc and itā€™s pathetic.

If that offends a recruit theyā€™re going to be more trouble than theyā€™re worth anyway.

It obviously kept Earl Campbell and Ricky Williams away.

Or maybe it's just that they didn't have concerned researchers digging into what was sung in shows 100 years ago. Because you know, words and music have lives of their own and intentions, and can choose to insert themselves into shows that the easily offended might discover and harp on a century later.
