I am going to start pre fishing lake texoma for a high school tourney that is first week of Oct. It's a huge lake so was wondering if anybody would help me out. Certain parts to try/avoid. Any boat ramps to try/avoid. I know fishing might be tough as hot as it has been. Would ya think it would be better targeting smallies or lm? Thanks for any input.

Check out Catfish Bay, some good points entering that arm and a marina. Behind the marina you might find some top water action.
