Hey all.
Just bought a boat to try to get in on the white bass fishing. Its a used mako 17 proskiff. I was thinking about hitting up Belton or Stillhouse - I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction - either tag along or share some advice?
Thanks!

Look up Holding the Line Guide Service. Bob Maindelle has fishing reports on his website for one or both lakes. Hire him to cut your learning curve by 90% or try it on your own. Have fun and be safe.

I second setting up a trip with Bob. It will be $$ well spent and reduce lots of frustration. He is the most science/technology based guide I have ever fished with. You will learn a bunch in a short period of time and have fun doing it.
