My company, Old Dominion Freight Lines, is hiring for people to work on the dock. We have a terminal in Garland, TX as well. Starting pay is over $20 an hour, and top out pay is close to $30 an hour just on the dock. From there he can work his was into management, especially with him having a college degree. We have line haul drivers making over $120K a year. You can make a lot of money in the industry. You just have to work hard for it. If interested visit our web site at www.odfl.com and click on careers. Good luck!

Sounds like markley... what does his resume look like? Crayon?
My brother is 60 days out of prison, 2 weeks out of a half way house. HE IS ON AN ANKLE BRACELT and on PARLOE for aggravated assault which is a serious felony as you all might guess.
He applied for three positions and got 3 offers last week with no experience. One paying $23 an hour as a laborer on a solar project. He is in the process of on-boarding for that role and looking forward to learning a new career.
He was honest about all this upfront. Told them what he was convicted of, that he was on parole, they would need to give his PO a document of his work hours so he can adjust the ankle monitoring times to allow him out of the house to work, and still got offers from all three places he applied. Again with zero experience just willing to work outside and work hard.
Tell me more about the fresh college grad who cannot find a job at any pay rate?

Good luck! from my dealings with them odfl was a good co. and line haul does pay good. conway/cfi would be another, start low and work up, cfi had a yard in lancaster, no idea since conway bought them a few yrs ago.

There's this guy named Bob who is looking for early morning Personal Security. Can he legally carry a pew-pew?

Sounds like markley... what does his resume look like? Crayon? . . . Tell me more about the fresh college grad who cannot find a job at any pay rate? My thoughts exactly A college graduate, who can’t find an entry level position in this very favorable job market, either doesn’t want to work or lacks basic intelligence

Tell me more about the fresh college grad who cannot find a job at any pay rate? ^^^This^^^ Too many young grads think they can start at the top and are applying for positions they are not qualified for nor have experience in. Tell him to lower his expectations, plenty of work out there.
