This is so last week. That video came out 12 hours after he found out about it.
Their lawyer said he bought a test and she showed no alcohol the next day. That is a clue.

I like West, but he has screwed this thing up from day 1. Sometimes the best offense is to say nothing. He has doubled down since the beginning and in my opinion, it has made him look bad. We will see, but if she is totally cleared, I think major damage has still been done to his fledgling Texas political career.

I just saw the dashcam video of the stop. I tried the heel to toe walk and standing on one foot. I couldn't do either for more than a few seconds before wobbling or losing my balance. I am 60 years old, have fairly well controlled diabetes, I'm slender (BMI 21.5), and I haven't had so much as a sip of alcohol since early May.

If these tests are supposed to prove that a person is drunk, they don't.
