Was thinking about buying a motor home class c
for pulling my 20 foot bass boat while traveling.
How difficult is backing down and pulling out of
a steep or semi steep boat ramp?

not only nope but heck nope!
most of them have a hiway rear end in them, no torque, no torque means no pulling power.
you are better off with a 1 ton single rear wheel/12' camper, you can drop the camper if staying a few days and still have transportation.
if you are in a motor home of any size and no second vehicle you are pretty much stuck at camp unless you don't care.
