I was in Port A a couple months ago and they had not replaced any of the public piers much less put lights on them. Fin and feather in between Port A and Aransas Pass has a small fee for their pier. Otherwise boat ramps with lighting or off the edge of ferry location are probably the best you will find from shore. Now if you have a kayak you can access lights from the water that are not public access from land.
Can someone explain how the Feds count recreational Red Snapper catch?
