What is the big deal about it? I don't see anything political. People have different opinions on COVID and seems the artist and venue are being transparent and respectful with their requests.

It is his business so if he want to make requirement then more power to him!  Now everyone else has to make a choice to support his business or not which is the way it should be.

I don't have a problem with it. As with anything, I believe the business (artist) should be able to implement whatever rules they deem for their own business. I'll choose to either support them or not depending on if I think there's value there.
I view it the same as the Colorado bakery who was sued over NOT wanting to bake a wedding cake for the gay couple. I feel strongly that a business should be able to say "no" if they don't want your business. I also feel strongly that if an artist wants you to be vaccinated or COVID tested, that's their call. All businesses have decisions to make that's best applicable for their business model.

I agree but I took the J&J vaccine back in March and today I’m in my 7th day in the hospital with Covid. They say it would be worse if I had not taken the vaccine. The only way it might have been worse if I were on a ventilator or pushing up daisies.
