At the beginning of this BS. I went to Costco and they Had this recording going every 30 seconds saying stay 6' apart wash your hands remember always wear your mask....ever since that day they lost my business and all stores following suit. I'll go down in a shootout over my liberties.

Let me ask this...if the mortality rate was 50% instead of 1% or half a percent (or whatever number you choose to believe), then would you still feel that your right to choose whether to wear a silly mask or not is more important than other people's right to stay alive?

Do you ONLY wear N95’s?

Stop with the false dichotomy. Any mask helps. The worst performing mask out there is something like 20% effective. You realize a signal viral particle doesn't cause someone to get COVID. It takes a bunch of viral particles. Even then how sick you get very likely depends on how much viral load you are exposed to. Yes, N95's are the gold standard, they work the best for sure. A bullet proof vest doesn't stop you from getting shot in the head, but a lot of folks still wear them when they anticipate the possibility of being in harms way. I'm against mask mandates, but quit trying to dismiss them as completely useless. They do help at least some.

The effectiveness of just about every mask type is listed below:

Same here. We are banned from Costco and I'm fine with it. Liberal haven of goons. This shiz needs to stop.

Masks are effective from hiding from TMZ. I'm all for them.

I haven't worn a mask yet but I did wear a buff months ago and it was hot then........

The kids are what I'm worried about

The day after catching a lot of fish is still a good day.

Kids are nowhere near as vulnerable to COVID nor do they carry the viral load like the older population. We've done more harm to kids with the masks and lockdowns than actual COVID.

Yep. It was the one in Rockwall and this happened after Abbott removed the mandates. We made it far back into the store and some masked manager comes running full tilt at us. We said no masks for us, he said well you can only shop this one day and you will be banned from the store forever. We said fine, we are not shopping, give us our membership dues back and they did. Bunch of progressives run that place. They can suck pond water.

Not necessarily true with the Delta variant. Kids are at a much higher risk with the Delta variant. Haven't seen any viral load data on the kids with Delta variant, but it's much higher in vacinated infected folks, so probably higher with kids than previous strains.

May you be treated the way you treat other people, today and everyday!

Tell that to the parents of the 4 year old on a ventilator in San Antonio or the parents of the 11 month old in Houston that had to be flown to Temple, or the multitude of other parents whose kids are filling up the children's wards in hospitals with the Delta variant.
