Have found a used Tahoe that is perhaps 1 or 2 nitpickings from perfect for what I'm looking for.

Can anyone shed light on this dealership, or have a connection on someone to reach out to on starting negotions/purchase?

Good or bad, just a shakedown on them.

They seem to be starting out a bit high, and it just arrived from auction, but like I said, it's just about the absolute vehicle I've been dreaming about.

Thanks.

Used vehicle prices are way up. It always pays to negotiate but not sure how much they will come down in this market. I got a quote from them and they were reasonable but I ended up with a Tundra.

No kidding, I've had my searches and alerts on twice daily refreshes for 3 months now, and it's reaching beatdown stage. I'm not in the must have phase yet, so I've still got a level head about it, but it's becoming challenging.

They are not so high its an immediate nope, but the tahoe is so close to perfect, I'm trying to be a little bit reasonable and not just storm down there with a check waving.
Anyone seeing they'll throw in some accessories instead of price changes, say full set of liners, maybe a grill guard?

From what I have heard from a few people looking is the salesman are telling them take it or leave it, plenty more in line to take it.

my last car was a used Ford,...I did all the talking and the wife was quite right up to the last minute...I had him down to the price I wanted after all the negotiations,....then she says "if youre paying that price I want all new tires and a new battery or no deal"
The salesman was blank,...ah I'll see what the manager says,...he comes back and says,..done deal !
I was shocked,...dont hurt to ask I guess...

Found a GM dealer willing to give me 54K for my 2019 GMC 1500. If they're going to give me 54, I bet they list it for 59 minimum.

Bought from them in 08 dealers back then they were begging for you to buy new. It was on a Friday night no one else there. Me and salesperson and Oz in the back. He started that back and forth talking to the great Oz. I followed him back and talked to him direct and got the deal done. Still have the truck. Felt real good about the deal. Still runs great.

If you waited this long for the right vehicle, you’ll kick yourself if you don’t buy it now because somebody else will.

Used car prices are up 41% since this time last year, but in the month of July, prices only rose 0.2%, a lot less than the 10.5% rise in June.

If it's the one you want, I would suggest calling them right now and putting down a deposit. About 50% of our inventory (the juicy good stuff) sells in a few days. If it's the one you have been dreaming about, someone else might be dreaming too!

Normally August - October are slower months. That's why it's down a bit. We lowered tons of prices to below cost or at cost to prepare. Well that lasted about 2-3 weeks and it's already coming back up. This is just crazy lately.

I bought a Panel Wagon from them a few years ago. Went really good. Easy to deal with.

….but that was then….this is now.

I’d almost rebuild a truck vs buy a new one at the current state of the vehicle market.

I used the word deposit, very specifically for this reason....The used car manager said "I am sorry but do not hold vehicles for customers unless you live very far away and agree to all numbers then we will hold it one do day, I do apologize..."

I put it out there this morning my reasoning, waiting to hear back and see what happens, I either walk or go in saying ohh well, had to try.
