Being the good neighbor that I am, my neighbor across the street is selling his house so I scalped my yard yesterday to say buy The BUY sign just accentuates the other property is in a flood zone.

Was it supposed to say "Bye"?
So you write "BUY" in front of YOUR house to get someone to buy your neighbors house? This is some marketing strategy. I think he’s^^ making a good point.

RoundUp would make a bolder statement. I like it. Way back when I was in HS the neighboring rival came over to our football stadium and used gasoline and burn their school initials into the middle of the field night before the big game.

I put (well threw!) my neighbors trash cans into their front yard after they repeatedly left them in the street after trash collection. Next week, I’m throwing em onto their roof if they leave em out.

I think this is kind of like "regerts" instead of regrets....lol
Trust your own instinct. Your mistakes might as well be your own, instead of someone elses.
