Am trying to replace large logo decal on starboard side of ProCraft (Old one rubbed off); I have gotten the remainder of the old decal off (in pieces) but am having a very difficult time in getting the old glue residue off the hull in preparing the surface for the new one.
Anyone have any ideas on the easiest way to remove this glue residue??
Thanks

You can use WD40 and some elbow grease. If that doesn't work then you can always use rubbing alcohol or acetone and then polish that area after putting on the new decal as the alcohol will strip all the polish from the surface.

There is some goo gone with a citrus scent. I used it to get two sided foam tape off of wood podiums. The tape came free with alittle patience, but there was absolutely no damage done to the finish of the podiums.
