Are you a fan? Love them fried, grilled or in a skillet with garlic butter. so dang good but getting harder to find. Lake Worth used to be full of them, now they import them for the Lake worth frog festival. El Campo's up on the point had the best, along with the best homemade onion rings ever.

bak n the day...that'd b n the 60's...we'd sit on a tank dam and shoot'm with 22's, take'm home and fry'm up...we'd even ketch a few on a Mepps spinner...throw it on the bank and watch the frog jump on it and take n the water...good fight...not many around nemore...

Baste them with melted butter and lemon juice and broil them. Melt up some more butter and add touch of lemon juice and drag them thru the drawn butter like you were eating broiled lobster.
Better than fried.

Late 70's, early 80's , The Grill in Madill, Ok side of Lake Texoma. Seafood buffet with All you can eat frog legs, crab legs , and other goodies. Totally awesome. gone now.  MO

Had many times, been awhile though. Catfish Charlies in Corpus was the last placed I've had them, fried. I don't go looking for them.
