Whites have been stacked up all over the lake, pick a likely spot between Bone Bend and the dam and you can’t miss. As for hybrids, there are a few in there, but you may go 15 trips between catches.

Go in a Marina and look for a wet slip without a yacht. In most cases, your fish finder will totally light up with fish in the shade at 24-40 feet. Most of the time those are stripers. If you have live shad or perch you will limit out very quickly. The stipers might take shiners and they might not. I have not have any luck with them and use Perch.

If you have only lures, you need to be up very early and try to catch top water action on the points.

If you plan to troll, better go over the area you plan to troll and make sure it's not a flooded forest. PK is notorious for eating lures. I have buckets of them I picked from trees back when the lake was low while Kayaking around with my wife. You will NEVER get that lure out of those cedar trees.

If you plan to catch bait with a throw net, be sure and switch your fish finder to down imaging on that cloud of bait you think you see. Cedar trees at PK love to eat cast nets even more than lures.

John 21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee.
