I was asking about boats.

My current Triton would frequently hit 78 during initial break in. Once I loaded it down I’m lucky to get 73

Low to mid 70's on the water. My boat has reach 85 or so, but that has been behind me when I am towing it.

80-85 mph in my Dad's old Bullet on the Alabama River in the rain. We were trying to outrun a pretty bad storm. He told me to get in the floor and he put the motor cover over me and we took off. I was probably 10 years old at the time. Made it back to the truck just in time.

Basscat 82 MPH at night on Fork. I swear my cheeks have never puckered more. I think I left a pinch mark and possibly a brown spot on that leather!

111 on fresh water in a Liberator

Current bay boat in Rockport, 49mph empty with me and a brand new prop WFO!

A little over 70 in Rick Collis boat on a guide trip at Fork years ago. No way I would drive one that fast I could hardly see I would need a full visor or something but realistically I think 50 is more than enough on any lake.
