In their defense, their gripe is making less money than men. Our men's team sucks. Our women deserve more.

She should share some of her Subway money with her teammates. After all its a team sport. Something tells me though that she is the type that expects other people to share their wealth with others but that does not pertain to her.

I believe that is because nobody watches women's sports. It's not rocket science. If they would spruce themselves up a bit I'm sure playboy might throw them some money for a pictorial spread.....

The women were actually paid more, both total and on a per game basis. They were offered the same deal as the men were but declined and negotiated their own deal. Their deal was more risk adverse and included base pay and incentives such as pto/healthcare/maternity leave. The men's deal was 100% performance based and their bonus for wins and finish reflected the difference. The irony of the whole thing is, if both teams had switched their plans they both would have made more. But as it stands, the whole pay gap between USWNT and USMNT is a complete farce. They negotiated their deal and now they want to reneg? Keep in mind, this does not at all even take into consideration how much more money mens soccer brings in compared to women's soccer.... Lastly, a 16yr boys team beat the womens national team, maybe they need equal pay?

I would agree with you if they were there to represent America. I don’t believe they are.
