Where's a good place to get it? We've got a big turkey fryer, that would work for cooking it right?

Costco-especially when they have seafood events. They sell large boxes of it. You can cook it or a grill but don’t over cook it. Have fresh drawn butter handy.

When we owned our business we had to have a booth in Vegas at the biggest auto aftermarket show in the industry. We always went one night to Piero’s Italian Cuisine. Fantastic food and service, and expensive. I always had the same meal - start with Stone Crab claws, then the Veal Osso Bucco. Place was very popular and I usually made our reservations about 3 months before the show just to make sure we could get in. It was an old hangout for Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Joey Bishop and Sammy Davis Jr. in the early 80s.

I haven't been to Vegas in over 20 years. I wonder if Piero's is still there?

Family is everything!

Life is precious. We don’t have forever. We have now. This moment. We can choose to love our lives now.

I'm pretty sure I ate there last year. Veal parmesan and it didn't even come with spaghetti. But it was amazing. Their loaded Cesar salad was incredible. Vegas has a lot of splurge things to eat. Seafood towers wherever you can find one, steaks at Golden Steer. Awesome stuff. Your one meal can be 200-250 when it's all said and done anywhere you go.

I’m having a hard time buying a $75 brisket. I keep eyeing them but haven’t pulled the trigger.
