Fished a drive up location & waded Thursday morning along a south CC bay shoreline location for almost exactly 2.5 hours.

Final tally was 17 trout, almost all between 12" & maybe 15.5" . Three of them were at the top end size.

Also caught about 12 skippies, for a while there thought they would take the Gold on #'s but the specs eventually won..

Moved 1 time after found the bite, maybe 20' hoping the skippies were segregated, but they crashed the party there as well.

It was a fish brought in, strike, or thrown hook every cast basically the whole time. Maybe 3 casts without the line being tugged once first fish bit. Just a fun 2+ hours..

No pictures, no real size to the fish, didn't keep any that might have minimumed, but it was the best action on drive up location by far in '21. Very encouraged by trout #'s there.
