I have a couple friends (including Mr. John aka @parttiming) who are all fishing YouTube guys who have known each other for years... but we never met in person. So last weekend we decided to all get together in beautiful Au Gres, Michigan to collect a lot of firsts... first time meeting each other in person, first time on the Great Lakes, first Walleye. It was an awesome experience with great people. I got the video of that experience here, will my friends videos as well for fun.

Now... as for being a Texan fishing in Michigan, that was a different story!

Man...awesome. I'll be on Lake Erie next weekend using planer boards and dipsie divers for my annual walleye meat haul. You got me in the spirit (except that weather....yuk!)

Sir I very much appreciate you, thank you! Michigan just happened to be the closest point for all of us to meet up together. I'm visiting my wife's family in Wisconsin now, so it wasn't to hard to leave a little early and meet up over there (I'd never been before, it was an adventure).
