I have a Lowrance 520C that displays 60 ft of depth and shows a little bit of graph colors at the top.

I have read the manual and tried everything but can’t change the screen to a accurate view.

Is it toast? Can it be repaired?

It sounds like you have the depth range set to manual and set on 60’ . I still run a 520c on the dash so I have depth at on plane speed. With the lowrance card it’s still a good unit. I know the unit and I know what fish look like on it so I keep it. I run Hummingbirds at the helm “side scan” and at the bow in “Down scan”. If the unit ever fails I’ll go with two hummingbirds at the helm.
