They set the bar low with cleanliness, but nearly impossible for someone to screw up their waffles and egg offerings.

We've been eating at 407 BBQ for several years and it's as good or better than ever.
Oops, not a chain, yet.

Yes, been twice years apart. Still great.
Hutchins got better after their 2009 ? fire. Hard to call them a chain though.

McDonalds - still not great but it's better than it was 20 years ago when their appeal was entirely aimed at children.

haven't eaten at one lately but I'm told Pappadeaux's is still really good.....same with Ruth Chris's steakhouse...
