I love the apple air pod pro's. I resisted them for a long time, but finally saw the light about 6 months ago. I fly several times a month. The noise canceling on them is awesome on a plane. Doug J it would also work on a wife. They fit my ears perfectly and stay in place during workouts. I run 3 miles a day and lift every other day, and I have zero issue with them falling out. They are sweat and water proof as well, so no worries if you get caught in a thunder storm during a run. Battery life is awesome. 5 hours with a single charge, 24 hours with just quick recharges from the case. Best part is they don't get in the way while you fish. I generally prefer no distractions while I fish, but sometimes you have an urgent OT podcast to finish or a work call that simply can't be put off. No cords to get tangled up in your rod while casting or hook setting. They might look GAF, but they work good AF. I've got a good looking wife already so I'm not trying to pick up any biddies. If they help keep the wimmins away, great... practically have to beat them off with a stick as it is anyway.

Can’t wear them, my ear canals are some odd shape and all ear buds/pods just pop right out.
I do have a nice regular headphone collection though. People look at me weird when I’m at the gym/mowing the lawn/walking the dogs with huge 1970s style headphones on my head.

I’ve never found a pair that will stay in my ears, especially when I’m mowing and start sweating. No way I’m going to wireless AirPods, especially when that means I have to have Bluetooth on, which means my phone battery will die in a half hour.

no I assume you are talking about air pods Unless you stick them somewhere others than your ears that's a safe assumption

AirPods are the new equivalent of David Whatley’s ancient Bluetooth thing Soon enough, people will get the audio and video devices implanted so they can “live” on the www full time.

Knocked one of mine out swiping at a bug while fishing in a river this past week. Fell into 12" of water for a second or two and pulled it out and all it does now is make a high pitched squeal. Replacement cost $89. Great product. Just don't submerge them under water.
