Great morning wade before the rain closed in and was cutting off our escape back to Seadrift.

With the light winds we were able to return to some old stopping grounds. Our best baits were Spook jrs, and DSL chicken of the c in knee to thigh deep water.
All our fish were released to fight another day.

It is a ball, but this rain is getting a little ridiculous. In about a month and a half we have had around 30-33" of rain. Every time it rains a 1/2" here at the house, I could jump my boat up in my yard! LOL, the rubber boots are getting wore out.
