King Brothers in Lake Dallas. I am not sure there are better people out there. They will literally jump through hoops. Great units, power, lights.

Since you mentioned McKinney, I use A Great Storage Place in Princeton out near Lake Lavon. Good people and some units have electric; you have to ask for a unit with power. t.
