Bad enough you dont need a carry permit to sport a handgun in Home Depot, but you need a fishing license to fish I knew someone would do some mental gymnastics to bring up anti gun rhetoric
When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. And mostly what I should have done differently my last trip! #Brockstarama

I declared the renting out boat idea the worst idea I had ever heard. Lone Wolf says hold my beer and surges into first place.

You are grounded from bass fishing from jan to nov 1 for the next 3 years. Lets talk in 3 years, we can go over this question again..

you sk lone wolf and here us why it would be wrong for Texas:
Let's take New York for example. While the small mouth fishing there is pretty darn good the large mouth's just don't grow 12 months of the year because of the water temps for 6 months. Yes they do get an occasional 6-7 pounder. But the norm for big fish is more like 4 pounds. Why... because they close the season on bass for 3 months every year when they are spawning so that the anglers don't have a chance to catch the fattest bass.
Do you think that black bass fishing in New York is better than in Texas with their closures? I can tell you it is not.
But if you feel the need to go somewhere that has stupid regulations by Texas standards feel free to move to New York, New Jersey or even Vermont. I don't think we will miss you much.
Yes you got my attention with that stupid question!

some of the lakes up north are frozen for most of the time the snowbirds are jealous of us because we fish year round here is a cold hard fact if they told texas fishermen they could only fish half of the year can you imagine the bass boats that would be turned back to finance companies an banks an let them eat them.

Bad enough you dont need a carry permit to sport a handgun in Home Depot, but you need a fishing license to fish Last time I checked, fishing wasn't a constitutional right And I don't think there is funding required to conserve the handgun population....
