What does a pot licker do?

Pull up right on top of you and flip the same spot. When I say right on top I'm talking a boat length. Guess they figured because I was by myself I wasn't in their tournament and they were entitled.

Guides have been fishing Fork Media for years. Taking their money is no different than taking someone else’s. If you look, they just do ok. Like someone said above, they rarely win. It’s the locals that fish every day you have to watch out for.
But I really don’t care who I fish against.

Here's the rule:
"Fishing Guides who have guided for black bass on tournament lake during two-months (60 days) prior to tournament and Anglers who participate in a National Circuit and have winnings of $50,000.00 or more during the previous calendar year will not be eligible to compete, unless said person has fished in the preceding tournament of same division. Championships are considered the final event in each division."

It would be inferred (and logical), that if the division includes only 1 lake or if the 1st tournament starts on the lake the person in question guides on, that person would be ineligible. But this is not explicitly stated, so I would assume it's TD's discrepancy.

i.e David Ozio leading lake fork team division points. Only lake fork fished in that division

To put it Bluntly...Potlicker - Guy who finishes off the rolling of an illicit cigarette by licking the paper to make sure it sticks to the other layer of paper and keeps the illicit substance within the confines of said cigarette.

What kind of definition is this? We want the urban dictionary definition.

licking pots?

roflmao

A pot licker is someone that see's a spot and watches someone clean up on it, and then moves right in on it, to finish catching the fish. Much like licking an almost empty pot.

Is that why Seth Feider looked so angry in that one event not too long ago? I would not have thought that went on, but with 150 boats, they're bound to get close to one another?.

If I use my binoculars and keep my distance, how much time do I need to wait to fish a spot and not be a pot licker? Can I catch your fish after you leave, or is that your spot forever more?
