Find a friend that has it, and get the espn app on roku and use their sign in info. The same with FX. You will need their cable provider sign in info though.

Fair warning....once you start adding up the cost of all the apps per month, having to have basic internet to load shows, etc. it almost adds up to the cost of monthly cable in some cases. And you don't always get the latest shows I've found out in some cases. Throw in sideloading Kodi on your Amazon Fire cube, keeping up with the video addons, etc.....it's geting to be almost not worth the effort to watch tv. I've found a bunch of stuff on Youtube like Bill Dance, Ott Defoe, Edwn Evers, and it's free. You can get Youtube TV for $80.00 something a month but then you are right back to having a big monthly bill to watch stuff.

My Dish Network bill was getting close to $200/mo. YouTube TV cost me $80/mo. no contract. I'm going to have basic internet no matter what TV service I have (even rabbit ears) so that's not an added expense.
You shouldn't have to look beyond the first page of Google search results to find a free stream of your favorite MLB/NBA/NHL teams.
You are not a good or nice person.
