I was at PK this weekend and it might be awile before it recovers from all the rain. I though I was looking at thermocline on the graph but the interference was upside down. I was looking at sediment and debris in 1-30 ft of water!
Anyone fished or drove by Bridgeport or Hubbard? Are they a muddy mess like PK?

Was over HC bridge today. It was muddy as far as I could see.

Thanks, gentlemen! The amount of dead fish in the tailwater of the Brazos was terrible. I feel bad for all the striper fisherman. Looks like that great spawn they went down stream.

Our Club fished Bridgeport last Saturday. Lake is in great shape. Water is muddy way up the river bit pretty clear the rest of the lake. If you just want bites, pick up a shaky head and a Trick Worm and fish docks that have poles and you can catch a ton of 10-15 inch fish. Dragging some deeper rocks might get you a bigger fish.

Was on Hubbard Creek 5 days ago. Lake is just past full. Both arms of the lake were muddy. Like Stompy says above^^^^: it looks like chocolate milk at the 180 bridge but if you put in there and head towards the dam it clears up. The water up towards the dam was still pretty clean. I fished mostly around all the main lake islands towards dam and the water looked real good. Fishing was slow. 8 bass but some schooling sandies made it more fun. I was on Bridgeport a few weeks ago and it’s just past full also. So rare! If I was choosing I would probably go to Bridgeport, put in at Wise County Park and fish shallow brush and lay downs around that area. Of course that’s what I always do………

Thanks for the tip! I'm trying to work on my offshore game. If it goes, per the usual, I will graph a little, commence trash fishing, then go to the bank.
