I was worried, but after reading the article Iā€™m much more optimistic.

Woody Rickerson, ERCOT vice president of grid planning and operations said the grid operator would conduct an analysis to determine why so many units are offline this week.

This never happened before Ercot took over.

I am really surprised that you guys don't do something about Ercot. I'd be organizing and hammering on your state politicians to fix this problem and fix it now. None of that "we'll study the issue" bs politicians spout.

Iā€™m thinking that will fix it. Maybe a safety meeting and then the analysis stuff.

Only the peasantry will lose power. The wealthy will be sitting in the coolness of the A/C vents, drinking umbrella drinks.

They'd better quit taking bribes from the Green guys and start building some nuclear plants.

Sounds like a desperate ploy to try and get Texas to share OUR electricity with Oklahoma. Please move along, it ain't happening!

Oh heavens no tsunami....Oklahoma don't want nothing to do with you heathen, evil doers down there. Why the mere thought of you Texans rampaging thru the towns and salons and casinos up here is a horrifying thought...:) Why the wimmen folk would be in terror, the fish would be in hiding, and well we'll not even speak about the horrors the local BBQ establishments might endure...:)
