anybody know if John Cox is practicing today on Ray Roberts.....he didn't qualify to advance at Chickamauga yesterday so he was free to fish practice today assuming he had someone to drive or fly him from Chickamauga to ray robertts ....

I think Monday & Tuesday are off limits. He will be able to practice on Wednesday. Heck the lake might be up another foot by then.

He missed the first three days and will only get one day of practice. Shame because this one really fits his fishing style. This lake really takes a lot of time on the water to find the fish.

What’s a shame is all the people that just missed qualifying who would have put in 110% effort trying to win watching Cox blow off the Classic.

I still wouldn't bet against him.

Give me a break. He was fishing another derby. The classic isn’t what it used to be with most of the talent leaving for the other trail.

How do you think his fellow anglers feel when he makes the cut in a tournament and doesn't show up to fish?

He might as well have come practice after looking at the results of his "other derby".

if he had made the top 10 at chickamauga,he would have fished wednesday and classic doesn't start til friday.....not sure if thurs is a practice day or the lake off limits but you can bet Cox has put in his time on this lake prior to the cut off date....

He’s probably the only pro that doesn’t need to practice. He’s pretty dang instinctive and good.
