They were apparently able to track the transactions and the company that hosts the wallet allegedly agreed to abide by a US warrant (which makes me think it was a foreign hosting company). The Feds didn’t have a skeleton key to the wallet, apparently.

It was easy to see that it wasn't so secure as people claim. The gov isn't going to let millions move around without tracking it.

Seems to me if they could track and return them that they could reverse hack then and take all the assets they hold. Just sayin...
