They are about the same distance from IDB state park which is where they are launching.

Clarks Outpost in Tioga is the most famous and historic BBQ place in the area. Overrated; absolutely, but it was the only good BBQ in the north metroplex (other than Hutchins) in the1980s.

I think it burnt down. They rebuilt but I think it has different owners...or something changed. It’s not even close to what it once was, and it’s “once was” wasn’t all that great. Will scratch the itch but not a good representation of Texas BBQ IMO.

The marina used to do catfish etc certain nights, dont know if they still do Is that the same ramp area where takeoff is? What day is Backing Down the Ramp lessons by WAWI?

Not happy to hear Clark’s got worse; but that was the direction they were heading.
