10 year anniversary is in October. Drop your favorite adult only, all inclusive resort. If it's close to some decent fishing, even better.

Top floor of a certain hotel off I-35 should do the trick.

We just returned from a Mexico trip. Used to go all the time, hadn't been back. I have been all over the world and this place is one of the best I have ever stayed in. From the food, top shelf drinks, rooms, service.... I highly recommend it. check out hotel Xcaret ... just south of playa. There is an occidental xcaret... NOT that one.. the other one LOL.. not sure the website.
Keep on Keeping On.

You are suppose to get free entry to any of their parks which is about $100 per head, and they run shuttle buses every 20 minutes to their parks. You are correct about Mexico and Cancun area it the best bang for your buck you can get.

All Inclusive, Adult Only Resorts
Every town, county and state jail. Easy to gain entry. Thats the most economic choice.
Honestly you some great choices. My brother went to Costa Rica with some fishing friends, spent a week fishing offshore every day and said the cottages and food was above what he imagined. They caught some amazing fish.

Sol Melia all inclusive resorts were nice in the Dominican. They have adults only areas as well as family areas and are reasonably priced. The only issue with October is Hurricane Season in the Caribbean. Buy the trip insurance.

P.S. I'm not aware of a traditional all inclusive, but don't discount somewhere like Rotan Honduras. It was real nice when I was there right before the Covid fiasco.
